Samyong Inspection & Engineering acquired 100% shares of X-Ray Technologies, a company specializing in industrial X-Ray systems, on March 31, 2021.

X-Ray Technology will be incorporated as a 100% subsidiary of Samyong Inspection & Engineering and Dr. Josef (Du-Ill) Kim, chairman of Samyong Inspection & Engineering, will also be a CEO of X-Ray Technology. Through this acquisition, Samyong has laid the foundation for becoming technology specialized company not only performs more professional non-destructive testing, but also provides inspection equipment and automation systems demanded by customers and market at the same time.

Samyong Inspection & Engineering will continue to grow into a representative TIC company in Korea by pioneering the test and inspection industries.
